Please note that if your package is returned by the shipper as “undeliverable” you are responsible for both the outgoing and incoming shipping charges.
* We do not provide any refunds on shipment stating delivered by the shipping services – USPS / Fedex and the customer claims that they did not received the package which shows delivered on the website of USPS / Fedex Tracking. For any complains and claims the customer has to file a refund claim directly to the USPS and Fedex.

Purchase Return Policy
All returns must be authorized by Popular Grocery within 15 days of the invoice date. If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased through our service, you may return it and a full refund will be made on that item provided all returns criteria are met, to be determined at our sole discretion. Return shipping charges to be paid by buyer. Return Authorization requests are made by writing to populargrocery1@gmail.com. Please be sure to indicate Order Item # and Order # on the request. You will be given a Reference # along with necessary instructions on what to do.
